Road to launch — the weekly scorecard.

Every package in the six-week sprint, broken into the inputs we control rather than the outcomes we hope for. Read at the top of each L10: number, RAG, one line. Anything red or amber goes straight to the IDS list and gets solved in the meeting, not reported on in the next one.

· EOS says a scorecard is 5–15 numbers. The core 15 get read aloud; the rest are the package detail owners work to between meetings.
Input KPI Owner Target Actual RAG Commentary this week Trend
This is a worked example, not the agreed set. The numbers, the weekly ramps and the owners are all first drafts pulled from the pre-read and the sprint plan. The point of the session is to cut it down, argue the targets and claim the owners. Rows marked watch are outcomes, not inputs, kept visible so we can see whether the inputs are working.

Sprint board & to-dos

5 min

Last week's to-dos in Notion. Done or not done. Under 90% done is itself an issue.

IDS — the actual meeting

60 min

Identify the real issue behind the symptom, discuss once, solve with an owner and a date. Work the list by priority, not in order. Solving three properly beats touching ten.

Recap to-dos, decide what goes back to the wider team, rate the meeting out of 10. Anything under 8 gets said out loud.
